Terry Mankertz is the Senior Sector Lead for Software, Creative and Media in UK Trade and Investment’s Investment Services Team. Terry leads a team of UK-based Project Managers who work with organizations from these sectors from around the world to provide full service support, information and connections as they establish, consolidate and grow their businesses in the UK.
Terry has been a UK inward investment professional for 8 years. During that time he has led on, been involved in or managed teams behind the successful delivery of over 500 inward investment projects to the UK. These projects range from start-ups to major multi-nationals and include work with companies such as Kayak, Living Social, Open Table, HCL, Linked In and Huawei.
Prior to entering inward investment, Terry spent 13 years in the private sector, leading high-performing sales and account management teams at a number of leading technology and business information companies. He has a detailed understanding of the activities that a company needs to undertake to successfully enter the UK market and the connections necessary to quickly grow their UK sales pipeline.
