Dl. Constantin Apostol este Director General al ADR Nord-Est din iunie 1999. In perioada 1991-1993 a fost Director al Administrației Apelor din Bacău după care, până in 1996, a fost sub-prefect al județului Bacău. In perioada 1996-1999 a fost Director Executiv al S.C. Axaro S.A. si secretar general al Camerei de Comerț, Industrie și Agricultură Bacău.
Este de formație inginer, absolvent al Facultății de Hidrotehnică din cadrul Institutul Politehnic Iasi si economist cu specializarea management la Universitatea ,,George Bacovia” din Bacău deținând si un master in managementul afacerilor la aceeași universitate.
Constantin Apostol is the Director General of the North-East Regional Development Agency since June 1999. During 1991-1993 he was the director of Water Management Department of Bacau and, after that, he was the sub-prefect of Bacau County until 1996. In the period 1996-1999 Constantin was Executive Director of SC Axaro S.A. and Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Bacau.
As technical background he is an engineer, graduate of the Hydrotechnics Faculty of the Polytechnic Institute of Iasi and economist specialized in management at “George Bacovia” University of Bacau, holding a master’s degree in business management from the same university.
