Activitatea profesionala a Ligiei Munteanu include indeosebi functia de stagiar in cadrul Departamentului pentru Afaceri Europene al Guvernului Romaniei, Ministerul Afacerilor Europene si cea de Doctoranda la Scoala Doctorala de Economie, Univ. “Al. I.Cuza” din Iasi.
